HIKES
In and around Split, there are many great hikes, and Marjan Hill is a local favorite. It’s got a ton of stairs, so be ready for a bit of a workout. The path is pretty busy, but there are spots to grab a bite or take a breather. The view at the top is definitely worth it, with awesome city and coastal scenery!

BOATS
For our farewell to the city, our group enjoyed a private sunset boat ride along Split, which turned out to be one of the highlights from my trip. Also, don't miss visiting islands like Hvar (where I went), Brač, and Vis. You can book an experience to island-hop with many different local vendors or take the ferry to save a bit of money.

OMIŠ
Just a short drive from Split is the city of Omiš, and it will seriously elevate your experience! I visited it twice while in Split—once to explore with my friend as they showed me their favorite pastry place, coffee spot, and one of the best rooftop bars (which is actually a hotel)! The other time was to hike to Starigrad Fortress, which required a harness
and a helmet!

MUSEUMS
In addition to the walking tours that narrates Split's rich history, the museums are absolutely incredible. While the entire city center is basically a living museum, I highly recommend taking the time to visit the Museum of Fine Arts.
It's a must-see!
